Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy:

Your item will be delivered either by Aust Post, eParcel or Courier depending on location and item size. You must have someone ready to sign for the items when delivered and only sign for items that are in good order. After your items are signed for, any insurance cover that maybe included is voided. No responsibility will be taken for damaged goods you have signed for and haven't checked. Couriers can't deliver to PO Boxes. Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you (picture shown may not reflect actual product and colour) or don’t do what they are supposed to do. Many of our products come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer. In addition, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
